Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service and Sale govern access to and use of the Velto application (the “Service”), published by AsherFlow Solutions, and the purchase of paid plans offered online.

2. Service access

Access requires an account. The publisher may offer limited free access (1 list, 70 prospects), a trial, or paid plans (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, Pro lifetime, Team). Included features depend on the plan purchased.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Data is hosted on Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. User account

Users are responsible for accurate information, credential confidentiality, and activity on their account. Suspected fraudulent use may lead to suspension after notice when possible.

4. Pricing and billing

Pricing in effect on 18 juillet 2026 for paid Velto plans is listed below for information. Exact amount, currency, and VAT if applicable are confirmed on the Stripe checkout page before you confirm payment:

• Pro monthly: €12.99 per month, automatically renewing each month until cancelled.
• Pro yearly: €89 per year, automatically renewing each year until cancelled.
• Pro lifetime: €149.99 one-time payment, no renewal (permanent Pro access subject to these Terms).
• Team plan: €24.99/month, 5 seats included, automatically renewing monthly until cancelled.
• Team yearly plan: €249.99/year, 5 seats included, automatically renewing yearly until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices and payment history are available via the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page. A free trial may be offered with terms shown at signup. Non-payment or disputes may suspend paid access until resolved.

5. Subscription cancellation

Recurring subscriptions (monthly, yearly, Team) may be cancelled anytime from the Billing page or Stripe customer portal. “End of period” cancellation keeps access until the already-paid period ends. Immediate cancellation stops paid access with no refund for the current period except where required by law. Lifetime is not a recurring subscription but is subject to Section 6 refunds.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

If you are a consumer under applicable law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscription, without giving reasons, unless legal exceptions apply — including when you requested immediate access to digital content and expressly waived the 14-day period where permitted.

To exercise withdrawal or request a refund, send a clear dated request to contact@asherflow-solutions.com with your Velto account email and Stripe payment reference if available.

Outside any applicable withdrawal period, fees already paid for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-period. No pro-rata refund is due for elapsed time.

Exceptional refunds may be granted by AsherFlow Solutions after review, e.g. prolonged major Service failure, proven duplicate charge, or clear billing error.

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on banks. Access is revoked upon a full refund.

For lifetime, any refund after any legal withdrawal period is discretionary and cannot exceed the amount paid.

Payment disputes (chargebacks) may result in immediate access suspension during investigation.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The publisher is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost business opportunities, or use of the Service for outreach on third-party platforms.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing, including billing data shared with Stripe, is described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Parties will seek an amicable solution before litigation. French courts have jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer rules. Consumers may also use approved mediation or the EU ODR platform.
